How To Order Our Steaks
Well Done – Contradiction of terms. Dry, and probably tough.
Medium Well – Thin strip of pink.
Medium – Hot, pink center.
Medium Rare – Hot, red center.
Rare – Warm, red center
AOB – Tow Truck John’s Favorite. Not recommended by the AMA for the Weak Hearted.

*Because our Filets are so thick, we like to “butterfly” them for Medium Well and Well Done.
